Technical service per Monthly Charge
In this case our technicians agree a series of scheduled visits between the first and last day of every month in order to perform management, supervision and control tasks of your company’s systems. The amount of weekly visits depends on the technical support Service your business requires.
Technical service per hour
In this type of service, weekly visits are not scheduled but they can be appointed for certain dates. This service is generally characterized for being only corrective.
Remote Technical service
The Remote technical support assigns Digital Line Biz® certified staff to perform remote administration and configuration tasks in your company, from our offices. This service does not require physical presence in customer’s facilities, satisfying in some cases specific organizations’ needs.

Help desk Support
We offer technical support through our Call Center staff, in order to guide your employees by phone in the solution of specific problems. This service is ideal for problems that can be solved in a simple way, just by a short technical assistance from Digital Line Biz®.
